Host your wedding for up to 75 guests, with overnight accommodations for up to 36 of your favorite people in our beautifully appointed log cabins. Instead of coordinating multiple hotels, venues, and gathering spaces, everything you need for an incredible wedding weekend is right here.
From welcome drinks and rehearsal dinners to your ceremony, reception, and slow mornings by the water, Pine Haven gives you the space and freedom to make the weekend entirely your own.
A Wedding Experience Designed for Togetherness
When you celebrate at Pine Haven, you are not simply reserving a space for your ceremony and reception. You are creating a place where your people can truly spend time together.
Gather on the Terrace at the Lodge with sweeping views of Smith Mountain Lake. Exchange vows overlooking the water. Celebrate your reception inside Haven Hall or dine and dance outdoors beneath the stars.
For cocktails, conversation, or a late-night gathering, All Decked Out offers a relaxed fire pit lounge complete with a pergola and swings surrounding a stone fire pit.
And in between the celebrations, the property is yours to enjoy.
Swim or launch a kayak from the dock. Play pickleball or lawn games. Gather around the fire. Sip coffee overlooking the lake. Spend an afternoon fishing, laughing, and catching up with people you do not get to see nearly enough.

Your Wedding Weekend, Your Way
The Elopement - $1,000 (up to 36 guests)
For couples who want it simple and intimate: a private ceremony and celebration attended only by the guests staying on-site across the five houses. No additional day-of guests beyond your overnight party. Full property buyout — all five homes, Haven Hall, the pickleball court, and grounds are exclusively yours for the weekend.
Included: exclusive use of the entire property; Haven Hall available as ceremony/reception space (or your outdoor patio location of choice); tables and chairs for your group.
Restrictions: guest count is capped at overnight capacity (36) — no outside day guests permitted at this tier.
The $1,000 is the event fee only, in addition to the property rental cost for the Enclave buyout itself.
The Gathering — $2,000 (up to 50 guests)
For couples who want close family and friends beyond just who's staying overnight. Includes everything in The Elopement, plus up to 14 additional day-of guests for the wedding day, and a rehearsal dinner the evening before.
Included: everything in The Elopement package, plus: additional day-of guest capacity for the wedding day (up to 50 total); rehearsal dinner setup and space the evening before the event.
Restrictions: wedding-day guest count is capped at 50; rehearsal dinner seating is capped at 36 (overnight guests only).
The Legacy — $3,000 (up to 75 guests)
The full Pine Haven experience, for couples who want everyone there for the ceremony, with a private, quiet close to the weekend just for the two of you. Everything in The Gathering, plus expanded day-of guest capacity, and a private departure brunch with late checkout the morning after.
Included: everything in The Gathering package, plus: expanded wedding-day guest capacity up to 75 total; late checkout from one house of the couple's choice until 1:00 PM (two hours past standard checkout); brunch time provided by the guest, at the home of their choice, during that late checkout window.
Restrictions: 75 is a hard cap tied to venue and site capacity; overnight lodging remains capped at 36 regardless of tier; rehearsal dinner seating is capped at 36, same as The Gathering.
These prices are in addition to the property rental itself, and reflect our inaugural wedding season introductory rates.

Pine Haven’s wedding experience is designed around a three-night stay, giving you and your closest guests time to settle in, celebrate, and enjoy the lake without feeling rushed.
Want even more time? Arrive Thursday and kick things off with a bachelor or bachelorette celebration, or extend through Monday for brunch, lake time, and a leisurely final morning together.
Additional cabins may be available for extended stays, pre-wedding festivities, and post-wedding relaxation.

The Cabin
This lovely, fully remodeled two-bedroom, one-bath cabin is the perfect base camp for all of your lake adventures. Your private log cabin includes a deck overlooking the lake, a living room with new comfortable furniture, a 55" Smart TV and high-speed internet for streaming, a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite counters, a full bathroom with tile shower, two bedrooms with queen beds and memory foam mattresses. Lovely understated comfortable decor. Bring your own firewood or purchase from us and enjoy the gorgeous stone fire pit. The perfect spot to relax and step away from the busy world while enjoying time with friends and family or even a solo sabbatical to rest, recharge and rejuvenate.
